Chris helped me tremendously with repairs on a19 year old spa. I have a home warranty through American home shield (whom I recommend you avoid at all cost) abd the home warranty insurance used a loop hole to avoid paying the repair. I called hydrospa. They came to the home, took care of the repair quickly and then followed up to ensure the work was done right. Top notch service

I bought my spa here nearly 20 years ago and, with sadness, it's time to say goodbye to it. Over the years, I've had to call upon Hydro-Spa several times for a new cover (warm out), new head rests (dog feasted on them), new siding (sprinkler damage), repair wiring (rodent damage) and the basics (chemicals, drain and clean). EVERY interaction has been awesome. Peter has come to my rescue several times and his patience, integrity and good-natured manners have helped me feel confident I was well taken care of and that he and the entire Hydro-Spa team treat their customers like family. Peter and staff know their stuff! The store is also fully stocked with a full selection of spa and pool accessories. I purchased a new spa cover from Peter and had it delivered within three days - great service. And the prices of the new spas are competitive. My friend also purchased a used spa from Hydro Spa and was very happy - the used spa was fully reconditioned and had a warranty with it. I think Peter has been around 30 years or so in the spa business so he knows what he is doing.
Was recommended to me by a friend. The staff was helpful and encouraged me to bring my bathing suit to try out the spa in the store. Which is a nice option for a serious buyer. I wound up buying a spa from this location and it was delivered and installed on schedule the total price was extremely reasonable. I would recommend this business for spa purchases and maintenance recommendations.
