Jake helped us pick out the right model. He was patient and knowledgeable, which we really appreciated because my husband always has a thousand questions. Jake prepared us well for what to expect with the process, and his electrician recommendation was great. Delivery was faster than we ever expected. We got our jacuzzi almost a week and a half early. Because of our house we needed a crane for the installation, and the delivery crew was just as professional and helpful as Jake. We called around to compare, and Hydro Spa had by far the best pricing, especially with their 4th of July sale. They have been a family-owned business for 40 years, and you can tell these guys love what they do. We are sooooo excited!
