Welcome to Hydro-Spa Outlet. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://hydrospaoutlet.com, as well as purchases and services provided by Hydro-Spa Outlet (“Hydro-Spa Outlet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our website, requesting an estimate, scheduling service, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit an order or service request.

2. Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful personal or business purposes. You agree not to:
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Attempt to access restricted systems or information
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit website content without permission
- Use the website in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights
We may restrict or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
3. Website Information
We try to keep product descriptions, photographs, specifications, availability, prices, service information, and other website content accurate. However, website information may contain errors or become outdated.
Colors, materials, finishes, dimensions, features, and appearance may differ from photographs because of manufacturing changes, screen settings, lighting, or product customization.
Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer. A purchase or service arrangement becomes binding only when accepted and documented by Hydro-Spa Outlet through an order confirmation, signed proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
We may correct website errors and update or discontinue products, services, prices, or promotions without prior notice, subject to applicable law and any accepted written agreement.
4. Estimates, Proposals and Orders
Estimates are based on the information available when they are prepared. Unless an estimate states otherwise, it may change if:
- Product or material costs change
- Site conditions differ from the information provided
- Additional labor, equipment, permits, or parts are required
- Access conditions were not disclosed
- The customer changes the requested work
- Previously concealed damage or unsafe conditions are discovered
An estimate is not an order confirmation and does not reserve inventory or an appointment unless expressly stated in writing.
The final proposal, order confirmation, invoice, or service agreement will identify the products or services included, payment schedule, expected delivery or service arrangements, and any applicable cancellation terms.
If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement or accepted invoice, the signed agreement or accepted invoice will control for that transaction.
5. Pricing, Taxes and Payment
Prices displayed on the website may not include sales tax, delivery, installation, permits, site preparation, electrical work, plumbing, crane service, removal, disposal, financing charges, or other project-specific expenses unless expressly stated.
Payment amounts and due dates will be shown on the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it.
Deposits, progress payments, cancellation charges, restocking fees, and late-payment charges apply only when disclosed in the relevant transaction documents and permitted by law.
Orders may be delayed, placed on hold, or canceled if required payments are not received.
6. Product Availability and Special Orders
All products are subject to availability. Manufacturing, shipping, weather, supply-chain, permitting, and third-party delays may affect estimated delivery dates.
Custom-configured, made-to-order, special-order, personalized, installed, or clearance products may be subject to different cancellation and return restrictions. Any such restrictions will be disclosed in the applicable order documents or return policy.
We do not guarantee a delivery or completion date unless that guarantee is expressly included in a signed written agreement.
7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellations, exchanges, returns, and refunds are governed by the written policy displayed at the point of sale and the terms shown on the applicable proposal, invoice, order confirmation, or service agreement.
Customers should review those terms before placing an order or paying a deposit. Certain installed, used, custom, special-order, electrical, chemical, sanitary, or clearance products may not qualify for return except where required by law.
Approved returns may require proof of purchase and may be subject to disclosed shipping, removal, inspection, or restocking charges.
Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
8. Delivery and Site Access
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and safe, reasonable access to the delivery location.
Before delivery or installation, the customer must disclose relevant conditions, including:
- Gates, stairs, slopes, narrow passages, walls, fences, or landscaping
- Limited street or driveway access
- Overhead wires, trees, rooflines, or other obstructions
- HOA or property restrictions
- A need for a crane or specialized moving equipment
- Any condition that could affect safe delivery or installation
If conditions differ materially from the information provided, work may be rescheduled and additional charges may apply after they are disclosed to and approved by the customer.
Risk of loss and ownership will transfer as stated in the applicable sales documents and as permitted by law.
9. Site Preparation and Installation
Unless expressly included in writing, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the property is ready for installation. This may include:
- A structurally adequate and level foundation
- Code-compliant electrical service
- Plumbing, drainage, ventilation, and water access
- Required permits and inspections
- Adequate clearances and service access
- Compliance with HOA, landlord, building, and zoning requirements
Electrical, structural, gas, and plumbing work must be completed by appropriately qualified or licensed professionals when required.
Hydro-Spa Outlet may suspend installation if the site is unsafe, inaccessible, noncompliant, or not ready. Additional visits or work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges when disclosed and authorized.
10. Repair and Maintenance Services
Repair recommendations are based on the symptoms and conditions observable during inspection. Some problems may not become apparent until equipment is opened, operated, drained, filled, heated, or tested.
If additional work is needed, we will seek approval before performing material work outside the authorized scope, except for reasonable steps necessary to prevent an immediate safety hazard or property damage.
Diagnostic, travel, labor, parts, disposal, and return-visit charges will be handled according to the applicable service agreement or invoice.
Customers must provide safe access to the equipment and disclose known leaks, electrical problems, structural concerns, previous repairs, chemical conditions, or other hazards.
Recurring weekly spa service and maintenance plans may be governed by a separate service agreement describing visit frequency, included tasks, exclusions, payment, pauses, and cancellation.
11. Hot Tub Moving Services
Moving used equipment involves conditions that may not be visible before work begins. The customer must disclose the equipment’s age, existing damage, leaks, modifications, structural condition, and known operating problems.
Hydro-Spa Outlet does not guarantee that previously damaged, deteriorated, improperly installed, or nonfunctioning equipment will remain operational after relocation.
Any limitation concerning disconnection, reconnection, cranes, storage, site preparation, disposal, or testing will be stated in the moving estimate or agreement. Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Product and Manufacturer Warranties
Products may include a written warranty provided by their manufacturer. The manufacturer’s warranty documentation determines its duration, coverage, exclusions, claim procedure, and available remedies.
Customers should review the applicable warranty before purchase and retain their invoice and warranty documentation. Product registration may be recommended or required by the manufacturer.
Hydro-Spa Outlet does not independently expand or replace a manufacturer’s warranty unless a separate written Hydro-Spa Outlet warranty expressly states otherwise.
Any workmanship warranty provided by Hydro-Spa Outlet will be described in the applicable written agreement. These Terms do not limit implied warranties or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Safe Product Use
Hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, chemicals, electrical equipment, and related products can present serious risks if improperly installed, maintained, or used.
Customers must:
- Follow all manufacturer instructions and safety warnings
- Maintain appropriate water chemistry and sanitation
- Keep children supervised
- Use appropriate barriers, covers, locks, and safety equipment
- Avoid unauthorized electrical, plumbing, or structural modifications
- Stop using equipment that appears unsafe, damaged, or defective
- Arrange professional inspection when a safety concern exists
Information on our website is not medical advice. Individuals who are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication, or have concerns about heat exposure, cold exposure, or hydrotherapy should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.
14. Financing
Financing may be offered through independent third-party providers. Applications, credit decisions, interest rates, fees, repayment terms, and approvals are controlled by the financing provider.
Hydro-Spa Outlet does not guarantee financing approval and is not responsible for a third-party lender’s decisions or services. Customers should review the lender’s terms and privacy practices before applying.
15. Reviews, Photographs and Submissions
If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, comment, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate and lawful.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant Hydro-Spa Outlet a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use voluntarily submitted content for website, customer-service, and promotional purposes.
We will not knowingly publish private information or identifiable photographs of a customer’s property for promotional purposes when separate permission is legally required.
16. Intellectual Property
The website and its text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, downloads, videos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Hydro-Spa Outlet and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may view and print website content for personal, noncommercial use. No other reproduction, modification, distribution, publication, or commercial use is permitted without prior written authorization.
Product names, trademarks, and logos belonging to manufacturers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
17. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may contain links to manufacturers, financing providers, social networks, maps, review platforms, or other third-party services.
We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, terms, or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
18. Website Disclaimer
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
This disclaimer applies to the website itself. Product, service, and workmanship warranties are governed separately by applicable law and the written documents accompanying the transaction.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hydro-Spa Outlet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from website use.
Any responsibility relating to purchased products or services will be determined under applicable law and the relevant order, warranty, invoice, or service agreement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or any obligation or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Hydro-Spa Outlet against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify Hydro-Spa Outlet for Hydro-Spa Outlet’s own negligence, misconduct, or violation of law.
21. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fires, labor disruptions, transportation delays, supply shortages, manufacturer delays, utility interruptions, government actions, or permitting delays.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and resume performance when reasonably possible.
22. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review that policy before submitting personal information through the website.
23. Electronic Communications
When you submit a form, request an estimate, schedule service, or provide an email address or telephone number, you consent to receive communications reasonably related to that request or transaction.
Marketing emails may be discontinued through the unsubscribe option provided. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase.
24. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights, legal proceedings relating to these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Los Angeles County, California.
25. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy, return policy, order confirmation, proposal, invoice, warranty, and service agreement, constitute the agreement governing the relevant website use or transaction.
For a specific purchase or service, the more specific accepted transaction document controls if it conflicts with these general Terms.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter an accepted order or signed service agreement unless agreed by both parties or required by law.
